- Review project scope with management to include expectations, deliverables and timing
- Conduct a detailed review of internal documentation to learn more about the company

- Develop alternative solutions to address identified issues and opportunities Hold a series of individual and group meetings to gain employee acceptance and ownership of the changes
- Develop an "action plan" and "follow up plan" to assure the solutions are implemented, tested and maintained
- Develop performance measurements that are timely and meaningful to support on-going continuous improvement activities
- Provide on-going coaching to assure implementation and long term success
