  • Schedule interviews with key employees to better understand existing processes
  • Develop an integrated view of existing process flows and analyze for issues and opportunities
  • Conduct meetings with key employees to review the process flow and discuss the accuracy of perceived issues and opportunities
  • Develop alternative solutions to address identified issues and opportunities Hold a series of individual and group meetings to gain employee acceptance and ownership of the changes
  • Develop an "action plan" and "follow up plan" to assure the solutions are implemented, tested and maintained
